so many things, so many places, so much memories....
i went to town with my friends today for dinner. we first decided to go to cathay for astons, but the queue was extremely long, U-shaped. so decided to leave for some other food. while i was at cathay, it brought back alot of memories i had there. it was on the 22nd June 2008 we bought our first couple rings at metalurgy. during the payment, we could throw a dice to determine how much discount we get. she threw and we got 10% off. cool. i still have the bag used to put the rings. she was so happy that day. so was i. while waiting for our ring to be engraved, we went to the gramophone and ended up using their mac computers to take photos. not long later we got a call that we could collect our ring. we went up, collected it, and took it out immediately and put it on for each other. the smile on her face then, i could never forget. there was once we went there to watch the "city of amber" at the new cathay movie theatre. it was our first time watching at that theatre. we were darn lost then because we didnt know where to go. bought the tickets, and we even bought sausages into the theatre to eat. it was a nice movie. we both liked it. i miss those days..... we went to plaza singapura for manhattan fish instead. as i was walking around plaza singapura, walked past the kfc, and i recall the other time when i was having dinner there with her. ahh, kfc, our standard food was 2 piece chicken, hot and crispy, cheese fries, mountain dew, fries, coleslaw, mash potato and additional 50cents cheese. popular card got $1 off. back in the nanhua school days, we went to kfc occasionally after school at clementi central and ate the same thing everytime. it was with her that i started liking the cheese fries. used to hate them. then at the kfc, i saw my friend guanzhi with his girlfriend. at the cottons on a few shops away, it was where she like to try the different clothes there. she will always ask me to try on something because i was always so lazy to try clothes then. she loves window shopping. usually will end up buying something though, or i will try my best to buy something she like for her. she was also the one who introduce me to cottons on stuff, back when we first started out together. we even some junior couples at plaza singapura. just a couple of months back, we went there to watch "marley and me". we gave up queueing at the main ticket counter because the queue was extremely long, so we decided to use the express one, using the axs machine. we bought our tickets, and unexpectedly, it was the first row. she was still so happy then, cause we thought we couldnt even get the tickets. she was so darn happy, she gave me a big hug. the movie reminded her of some unhappy past and she kept tearing throughout the whole movie. my sleeve were drenched with her tears and mucus. we would usually then take bus 175 back to her house from plaza singapura. drop outside 7-11, and walk her in to her house. i miss those days. no matter where i go recently, it seemed that so many things can remind me of her. we had memories at so many different places of singapore. but then, i have ruinned everything. how i wish i could turn back time, relive those days, or even make them better, make myself a better person, treated her with more care and concern. but now, it seemed like it is too late. sometimes, i still carry this little hope, one day i can relive those days again. now, it is already the start of 20th june 2009, in 2 days time, it will be the day, will something happen? i dream, and hope, something miraculous will happen. but then it is just a dream, just hoping. so many things, so many places, so much memories... i miss her.

If I knew it would be the last time
That I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly
and pray the Lord, your soul to keep.

If I knew it would be the last time
that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss
and call you back for one more.

If I knew it would be the last time
I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise,
I would video tape each action and word,
so I could play them back day after day.

If I knew it would be the last time,
I could spare an extra minute
to stop and say "I love you,"
instead of assuming you would KNOW I do.

If I knew it would be the last time
I would be there to share your day,
Well I'm sure you'll have so many more,
so I can let just this one slip away.

For surely there's always tomorrow
to make up for an oversight,
and we always get a second chance
to make everything just right.

There will always be another day
to say "I love you,"
And certainly there's another chance
to say our "Anything I can do?"

But just in case I might be wrong,
and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much I LOVE YOU
and I hope we never forget.

Tomorrow is not promised to anyone,
young or old alike,
And today may be the last chance
you get to hold your loved one tight.

So if you're waiting for tomorrow,
why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes,
you'll surely regret the day,

That you didn't take that extra time
for a smile, a hug, or a kiss
and you were too busy to grant someone,
what turned out to be their one last wish.

So hold your loved ones close today,
and whisper in their ear,
Tell them how much you love them
and that you'll always hold them dear

Take time to say "I'm sorry,"
"Please forgive me," "Thank you," or "It's okay."
And if tomorrow never comes,
you'll have no regrets about today.
